Your Rug Isn't Carpet. It Shouldn't Be Cleaned Like Carpet.
Wall-to-wall carpet gets cleaned where it lies. An area rug needs to come out, have its dry soil beaten out, get washed all the way through, and dry flat — and that only happens in a facility built for it. Ours has been in the Valley since 1993.
Every rug that comes to us is washed by us. Nothing is subcontracted, nothing leaves our custody, and the people who inspect your rug on day one are the ones who hand it back.
How We Wash a Rug
1. Inspect & test
We check fiber, backing and dye stability before anything gets wet. Dyes that will run, we find out here — not on your rug.
2. Dust
Most of what's in a rug is dry soil, and water turns dry soil to mud. We beat it out first. A 9' × 12' can hold pounds of it.
3. Wash
Hand washed at the right pH for the fiber. Wool, silk and synthetics don't get the same treatment.
4. Dry flat & finish
Dried flat under controlled airflow so nothing shrinks or ripples, then groomed and wrapped.

12 sq ft minimum. An 8' × 10' rug is 80 sq ft. Final price is confirmed after inspection — if your rug's material or size differs from what you picked, we call you before any work begins.

Any of our three locations, during business hours. No appointment, no charge — just bring it in. Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Tempe.
We Pick Up — $100 Flat
Anywhere in the Phoenix metro, flat rate. First 15 minutes on site are free for moving furniture. Outside the metro — Payson, Tucson, Sedona — give us a call and we'll quote it.
