Can you clean wool, silk, and antique or Oriental rugs?
Yes — that's our specialty. We hand-clean fine wool, silk, hand-knotted, antique, and Oriental rugs, as well as everyday synthetics. Every rug is inspected first so we use the right process for its fibers and dyes.
How much does rug cleaning cost?
Cleaning runs about $3.50–$7.00 per square foot depending on the rug's material and condition. You'll get a prepaid estimate up front, and the final price is confirmed after we inspect the rug in person — no surprises.
How long does cleaning take?
Most rugs are ready in about two weeks. Delicate, antique, or heavily soiled rugs can take a little longer — we'll let you know at drop-off.
Do you pick up, or can I drop off?
Both. Drop-off is free at any of our three stores (Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe). Prefer we come to you? Pickup is a $100 flat fee in the Phoenix metro.
Do you repair rugs?
Yes — fringes, edges, holes, reweaving, and more, done by our in-house craftspeople. Text photos of the damage to (888) 480-7847 and we'll send you a repair quote.
Do you ship rugs?
Yes — we ship nationwide. In-stock rugs ship from our stores; larger catalog rugs ship direct. You'll see shipping options and cost at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days on unused rugs in original condition; custom orders and cleaned rugs are final. Contact us and we'll make it right.
