Thirty-three years washing Valley rugs
Every rug is washed by us, by hand. Never subcontracted.
Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe. Drop off free, no appointment.
We check fiber, backing and dye stability before anything gets wet. Dyes that will run, we find out here — not on your rug.
Most of what's in a rug is dry soil, and water turns dry soil to mud. We beat it out first. A 9' × 12' can hold pounds of it.
Hand washed at the right pH for the fiber. Wool, silk and synthetics don't get the same treatment.
Dried flat under controlled airflow so nothing shrinks or ripples, then groomed and wrapped.
Priced per square foot by material. Pick your rug type below, choose your size, and check out — or drop off at any of our three locations, no appointment needed.
| Rug Type | What It Covers | Per Sq Ft | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Synthetic | $3.50 | Polypropylene, polyester, nylon, olefin | SELECT SIZE |

| Fine Rugs | $6.00 | Hand-knotted, silk blends, viscose, designer | SELECT SIZE |
| Antique | $7.00 | Antique, Persian and Oriental rugs | SELECT SIZE |

12 sq ft minimum. An 8' × 10' rug is 80 sq ft. Final price is confirmed after inspection — if your rug's material or size differs from what you picked, we call you before any work begins.
Odd sizes, oversized pieces, and antiques we haven't met yet — send us a photo and your measurements and we'll quote it the same day. No obligation.
